Swift Creek Farm

UPDATED.  115.4 acres for sale in Nash County on Watson Seed Farm Road.  The farm features 35 acres of cropland in two fields, 2,240± feet of frontage on Swift Creek, 2,580’± of frontage on Watson Seed Farm Road, 80 acres of young loblolly pine plantation and mature mixed hardwoods in the stream margins and along Swift Creek.  The farm features sandy loam soils that usually perc well, but it has not been evaluated.  The land is under Present Use Value and the new buyer can keep property taxes to a minimum by continuing the current farm and forestry use.  In addition to Swift Creek, four small streams flow through the property, two flow directly into Swift Creek.  The land has flat to rolling topography and some flood plain along Swift Creek.
